You provide your flight details, pickup location, drop-off address, passenger count, and any preferences such as child seats, specific vehicle, or meet and greet style. We take it from there.
Roughly 24 hours before pickup, you’ll receive confirmation with your chauffeur’s name, vehicle, and direct contact. From that point, we monitor your flight in real time. If your arrival shifts, we adjust. You don’t need to call us.
On arrival, your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim or curbside for commercial flights, planeside for private terminals. Luggage is handled, the route is pre-planned, and the vehicle is ready. Drop-off is direct to your destination, no shared rides, no additional stops unless booked.
Standard reservations are best made 24 to 48 hours ahead to guarantee vehicle and chauffeur availability. Same-day requests are possible, and we’ll accommodate when we can, but availability tightens during high-demand windows such as Art Basel, F1 race weekend, major conventions, and cruise turnaround days at Port of Miami.
Nothing on your end. We track your flight from departure to landing and adjust your chauffeur’s arrival time automatically. You won’t be charged extra waiting time for airline delays. If your flight is canceled, reach out and we’ll reschedule without a fee.
Yes. We handle transfers to and from Signature, Fontainebleau Aviation, Atlantic, Banyan, Sheltair, and other private FBOs across MIA, FLL, OPF, FXE, TMB, and BCT. Tell us your FBO and tail number during booking and we’ll coordinate directly with your flight department.
Gratuity is not automatically included in the base rate. You can add it at booking or settle directly with your chauffeur. Corporate and private accounts typically pre-set a gratuity policy during setup.
Yes. Specific vehicle requests such as Escalade, Sprinter, or executive sedan are honored based on availability. Returning clients can request a preferred chauffeur and we’ll schedule around it when we can.
Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available. Request at booking and specify your child’s age or weight so we can install the correct seat before pickup.
Airport transfers are flat-rate, door to door, with no surge pricing. Hourly rates apply for as-directed service such as multi stop trips, waiting time, or extended use.
Yes. MIA and FLL are both primary airports in our service area. Pricing varies based on distance to your destination, but service standards, flight tracking, meet and greet, vehicle quality, and chauffeur discretion, are identical.
Yes. We operate around the clock, including overnight red-eyes, early morning departures, and late-night private jet arrivals. There are no after-hours surcharges. The rate quoted is the rate charged regardless of arrival time.
