That's executive car service, done the way it should be.

Miami Executive Car Service, Handled the Way Executives Actually Work

Executive schedules don’t move in single trips. A morning board meeting in Brickell turns into a working lunch in Coral Gables, turns into a site visit in Doral, turns into a client dinner on Fisher Island. The kind of car service that works for a one-off airport run doesn’t work for a day like that.

Our hourly and as-directed executive service is built for exactly that rhythm. One chauffeur assigned to your day, routing adjusted in real time as your schedule shifts. No re-booking between stops. No handoff to another driver. No explaining the day to someone new at 4 PM.

Real-time schedule adjustments

The meeting runs 40 minutes long. Lunch moves from Brickell to Coconut Grove. The 3 PM becomes a 4:30. All handled without re-entering anything

Vehicle matched to the day

A solo executive moving between meetings gets a different configuration than a four-person team heading into a roadshow. We assign the right one up front.

Discretion as standard

Chauffeurs are professionally dressed, soft-spoken, trained to read the room. Conversations in the back stay in the back.

Transparent hourly billing

You're quoted a rate at booking. It doesn't change based on traffic, distance between stops, or time of day.

Continuity across the full block

The driver who picks you up at 8 AM is the same one parked outside your dinner at 9 PM. He already knows the day.

Who We Serve

Our executive car service runs across a specific set of scenarios. The service standard is consistent across all of them. The logistics adjust.

Corporate executives and C-suite travelers

For daily or multi-day use while in Miami. A chauffeur assigned to your schedule, available between meetings, briefed on your stops before you leave the hotel. Common for visiting executives working out of the Four Seasons Brickell, the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, or EAST Miami.

Investment roadshows and capital markets teams

Multi-stop days across Brickell, Downtown, and Coral Gables, with precise timing between meetings. We handle the routing, the waiting, and the discretion. You handle the pitch.

Client entertainment and hospitality

Dinners, private events, venue hopping across Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, and the Design District. For clients bringing in high-value guests, the car is the first and last impression of the evening.

Corporate group movements

Teams of four or more moving together between a conference, a hotel, and a venue. Sprinter configuration available for teams that want to stay together rather than split across multiple vehicles.

Private and family office clients

For clients on Fisher Island, Key Biscayne, Golden Beach, and Sunny Isles Beach who use a chauffeur as a standing resource for the kind of movements that don't fit a one-off reservation.

The Vehicles

Every vehicle is late-model, privately owned and meticulously maintained, and selected based on the day you’re running.

Cadillac Escalade ESV

For small groups, clients with additional guests, or executives who prefer the elevated seat height and cabin space. Also the default for client entertainment and evening movements.

MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER VAN

For teams of four or more moving together, roadshows, and corporate group travel. Configured for comfort with upgraded seating, ambient lighting, and the space to treat the ride as working time.

BMW 7 SERIES SEDAN

Default for solo executives and two-person pairings. Discreet,climate-controlled, bottled water on board, room to work between stops.

How Hourly and As-Directed Executive Service Works

Hourly booking is the most flexible way to use executive car service in Miami. You book a block of time, typically 3 to 8 hours or a full 12-hour day, and the chauffeur and vehicle are yours for that window. Between stops, the chauffeur waits. Mid-day schedule changes are handled without re-booking. You don’t need to manage any of it.

Standard minimums apply for hourly bookings, with longer blocks offered at reduced hourly rates. Multi-day engagements, standing weekly reservations, and monthly corporate accounts are available on request and handled outside the standard booking flow.

As-directed service runs on the same principle but without a fixed schedule at booking. You tell the chauffeur where you’re going as the day develops. Common for client entertainment, evening event sequences, and executives whose day evolves in real time.

Where We Operate in Miami

Executive car service is most useful when the day spans neighborhoods. We work across all of Miami-Dade and Broward, but most executive days land in a recurring set of locations.

01

Brickell and Downtown Miami

Miami’s financial district and the center of most corporate activity in the city. Daily pickups and drop-offs at Brickell Avenue office towers, the SLS Brickell, the Four Seasons Brickell, EAST Miami, the JW Marriott Marquis, and the Kimpton EPIC Hotel.

02

Coconut Grove and Coral Gables

For executives working out of Mr. C Coconut Grove, the Mayfair House, the Biltmore Hotel, or meetings around Miracle Mile. Common second stop on corporate days that start in Brickell.

03

Miami Beach and South Beach

For client entertainment, evening events, and executives staying at the 1 Hotel South Beach, the Setai, the Faena, or the Fontainebleau. Also a frequent pickup point for cross-causeway movements into Brickell in the morning.

04

Fisher Island and Key Biscayne

For high-end private clients and residential executive transport. Chauffeurs familiar with ferry timing on Fisher Island and the Rickenbacker Causeway approach for Key Biscayne.

05

Bal Harbour, Surfside, and Sunny Isles Beach

For residential clients along the North Beach corridor. Regular standing reservations for executives commuting into Brickell or Downtown.

06

Aventura and Golden Beach

For private and family office clients who use executive car
service as a standing resource rather than a one-off booking.

Corporate Accounts and Ongoing Engagements

For companies and family offices that move executives through Miami on a recurring basis, we set up private accounts that handle repeat service without the friction of re-booking every trip, and without the loss of discretion that comes with rotating dispatch.

Dedicated reservations contac

A direct line to a person who knows your account, not a dispatch queue.

Consolidated billing

Monthly invoicing with trip-level detail, coded for expense reporting and accounts payable workflows.

Standing reservations

Recurring movements booked once and honored on the schedule. Weekly Brickell to Fisher Island, monthly roadshow cycles, quarterly board meeting schedules.

Confidentiality standard

Client lists, travel patterns, and movement details are held in confidence. Not shared across drivers. Not referenced outside the account.

Priority chauffeur assignment

Returning clients are matched with the same small group of chauffeurs when scheduling allows. Your driver already knows your hotel, your route into Brickell, and your preferences.

Account setup is handled directly, not through the standard booking flow. Contact our team to discuss volume, service standards, and billing structure.

Booking made simple

How Booking Works

Booking is handled once. You provide the start time, duration, pickup location, first stop, and any preferences such as specific vehicle, chauffeur, or service style. We take it from there.

Roughly 24 hours before your pickup, you’ll receive confirmation with your chauffeur’s name, vehicle, and direct contact. For same-day bookings, confirmation is sent as soon as the reservation is assigned.

On the day, your chauffeur is in position before the start of your block. Luggage, briefcases, and anything else you’re moving between stops is handled. Route adjustments mid-day are made without interruption. Drop-off at the end of the day is direct to your final stop.
