Sprinter and Group Transportation in Miami

Sprinter and Group Transportation in Miami

Twelve people. One wedding at the Faena. The bridal party leaves the Setai at 4:30. Groomsmen depart from EAST Miami at the same time. Both vehicles arrive at the venue within 90 seconds of each other, both parties walk in together, no one waits in the lobby, no one is late for photos.

That’s what group transportation looks like when it’s handled properly.

Major League Limo Services provides Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and luxury group transportation across Miami for corporate teams, weddings, private events, and major event clients. Group movements fail in predictable ways, the late vehicle, the missed coordination, the second Sprinter that shows up at the wrong entrance. We build the service to remove every one of them.

Book a Sprinter or coordinated multi-vehicle group movement in Miami. Corporate, wedding, and major event clients welcome.

Group Transportation, Treated as Logistics

Most Miami group transportation operators run group movements the same way they run a single airport pickup, just with a bigger vehicle. That works until you have two Sprinters meeting at a wedding venue, or a corporate team that needs to arrive at a Brickell conference together, or fourteen people leaving Hard Rock Stadium at the same time after a Dolphins game. Then it falls apart.

Our model is built for the parts that go wrong. Every group reservation has a coordinator assigned before the day. Vehicle staging, arrival timing, driver communication, and venue access are planned in advance, not improvised at curbside. Multi-vehicle bookings move on a single timeline. Done right, none of it shows up on your end. That is the point.

Pre-event coordination call

For weddings, large corporate movements, and major events, a coordinator walks through the day with you before the booking is finalized. Pickup sequences, venue logistics, contingency timing all settled in advance.

Discretion and presentation as standard

Chauffeurs are professionally dressed, soft-spoken, and briefed on the tone of the event. The vehicle and the chauffeur match the experience you’re creating.

Synchronized multi-vehicle arrivals

Two or more Sprinters arriving at the same venue stage together, communicate in real time, and arrive within a tight window so the group steps out as one party.

Venue access handled in advance

We confirm drop-off points, loading zones, and credentialed entry with venue staff before the day. Your guests don’t wait at the wrong gate.

Reliability built into pricing

We don’t overbook our fleet. The vehicle confirmed at booking is the vehicle that arrives. No last-minute substitutions.

Group Transportation Use Cases

Group service in Miami breaks into a small number of recurring scenarios. The service standard is the same across all of them. The logistics adjust.

Corporate group transportation

Executive teams, conference attendees, roadshow groups, and corporate offsites moving across Miami together. We coordinate hotel-to-venue transfers, multi-day conference shuttles, and full-team movements for visiting companies running events out of Brickell, Downtown, and the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Weddings and private events

Bridal party transport, guest shuttles, and post-reception movements coordinated to the minute. Common for weddings at the Faena, the Setai, the Biltmore, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, and private estates across Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Miami Beach.

Major events and entertainment

F1 Miami Grand Prix, FIFA World Cup 2026 matches at Hard Rock Stadium, Art Basel, Ultra Music Festival, Miami Heat games, Inter Miami CF matches at Nu Stadium, Dolphins games, and major concerts. Group reservations during peak event windows are booked weeks in advance and coordinated with venue access protocols.

Private VIP functions

High-end private events, milestone celebrations, anniversary dinners, and VIP guest hosting. For clients moving guests between a private residence, a Miami Beach hotel, and a venue, the chauffeur and the vehicle are the throughline of the night.

How Hourly and As-Directed Executive Service Works

Hourly booking is the most flexible way to use executive car service in Miami. You book a block of time, typically 3 to 8 hours or a full 12-hour day, and the chauffeur and vehicle are yours for that window. Between stops, the chauffeur waits. Mid-day schedule changes are handled without re-booking. You don’t need to manage any of it.

Standard minimums apply for hourly bookings, with longer blocks offered at reduced hourly rates. Multi-day engagements, standing weekly reservations, and monthly corporate accounts are available on request and handled outside the standard booking flow.

As-directed service runs on the same principle but without a fixed schedule at booking. You tell the chauffeur where you’re going as the day develops. Common for client entertainment, evening event sequences, and executives whose day evolves in real time.

Major Events in Miami We Cover

Miami’s event calendar is dense. Groups that don’t lock in transportation early end up either paying surge pricing the week of, or settling for vehicles that don’t match the rest of the experience. We hold capacity for major events and coordinate access details with venue and event staff in advance.

Group transportation across hotels in Brickell, Miami Beach, and Aventura, the FIFA Fan Festival at Bayfront Park, and Hard Rock Stadium itself is in heavy demand throughout the tournament window. Corporate hospitality groups, sponsor delegations, and private VIP guests are encouraged to reserve well in advance.

Where We Operate in Miami

Group transportation is most useful when the day or event spans multiple locations. We work across all of Miami-Dade and Broward, with most group movements anchored to the following areas:

Brickell and Downtown Miami

Corporate group transportation hub. Conference shuttles, executive team movements, and roadshow group reservations across the financial district. Common pickup points include the Four Seasons Brickell, EAST Miami, the Conrad Miami, and the JW Marriott Marquis.

Miami Beach

Wedding parties, VIP event groups, and major event hospitality. Hotel-anchored pickups at the Faena, The Setai, W South Beach, the 1 Hotel South Beach, and the Fontainebleau. Frequent staging point for group movements during Art Basel, F1 weekend, and Miami Music Week.

Design District and Wynwood

Art Basel group movements, gallery openings, private brand events, and corporate group entertainment. Multi-stop group reservations across the creative districts during the December event window.

Coral Gables and Coconut Grove

Wedding and private event group transportation. Common venue cluster including the Biltmore, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the Mayfair House, and private estates across the historic neighborhoods.

Key Biscayne

Private event groups and high-end residential clients. Group transportation onto the island for weddings, milestone events, and private gatherings, with chauffeurs familiar with the Rickenbacker Causeway approach and venue access.

Hard Rock Stadium and surrounding areas

Major event group transportation to and from Miami Gardens. Dolphins games, F1 race weekend, FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, college football, and stadium concerts. Pre-arranged drop-off and post-event staging coordinated to avoid the standard traffic exit.

Coordination, Logistics, and Reliability

Group transportation lives or dies on the parts of the operation no one sees. The phone tree between drivers. The dispatcher who confirms arrival times the morning of the event. The contingency vehicle staged a few minutes away during high-stakes movements. We treat all of it as part of the service.

For weddings, major events, and complex corporate movements, the booking process includes:

Day-of timeline document

A written timeline shared with you and all assigned chauffeurs at least 24 hours before the event, listing every pickup, every drop-off, and every staging window.

Single-point coordinator

One human at our office handling your reservation start to finish. The same person you talk to during planning is the same person tracking the day live.

Driver-to-driver coordination

On multi-vehicle bookings, chauffeurs are in real-time communication during the movement. If one vehicle hits traffic, the others adjust.

Venue advance work

For new venues or complex event sites, we confirm access points, loading zones, and parking with venue staff before the day. We don’t arrive guessing.

Backup vehicle protocol

For high-stakes movements (weddings, major corporate events), a backup vehicle is identified and staged within reach of the route in case of mechanical issues. The backup almost never runs. It exists so it doesn’t have to.

This level of coordination isn’t standard across the Miami group transportation market. It’s standard with us.

Booking made simple

How Booking Works

Group transportation reservations start with a conversation, not a checkout flow. You provide the date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations, and any timing constraints. We confirm vehicle availability, walk through coordination requirements, and quote a rate that reflects the actual scope.

For weddings, major events, and corporate movements, we recommend booking three to six weeks in advance. Peak event windows (F1 race weekend, Art Basel, Miami Music Week) often book out two to three months ahead. Same-week and same-day reservations are possible but availability is not guaranteed during high-demand periods.

Roughly 24 to 48 hours before your reservation, you’ll receive the day-of timeline document with chauffeur details, vehicle assignments, and pickup confirmations. From that point, the day runs on the timeline. You don’t need to manage anything mid-event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many passengers does a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter hold?

Our Sprinter configurations seat up to 14 passengers comfortably with luggage space, depending on the seating layout. For groups larger than 14, we coordinate multiple Sprinters as a single synchronized booking with shared timing and routing.

For standard corporate group movements, 1 to 2 weeks ahead is usually sufficient. For weddings and private events, 3 to 6 weeks is recommended. For major event windows (F1 Miami Grand Prix, Art Basel, Miami Music Week, Super Bowl years), reservations are typically opened 2 to 3 months in advance and capacity is limited.

Each Sprinter is staffed by one professionally trained chauffeur. For multi-vehicle bookings, drivers are in real-time communication with each other and with the dispatch coordinator throughout the movement.
