Hourly booking is the most flexible way to use executive car service in Miami. You book a block of time, typically 3 to 8 hours or a full 12-hour day, and the chauffeur and vehicle are yours for that window. Between stops, the chauffeur waits. Peak event windows (F1 race weekend, Art Basel, Miami Music Week) often book out two to three months ahead. Same-week and same-day reservations are possible but availability is not guaranteed during high-demand periods.
Roughly 24 to 48 hours before your reservation, you’ll receive the day-of timeline document with chauffeur details, vehicle assignments, and pickup confirmations. From that point, the day runs on the timeline. You don’t need to manage anything mid-event.
Our Sprinter configurations seat up to 14 passengers comfortably with luggage space, depending on the seating layout. For groups larger than 14, we coordinate multiple Sprinters as a single synchronized booking with shared timing and routing.
For standard corporate group movements, 1 to 2 weeks ahead is usually sufficient. For weddings and private events, 3 to 6 weeks is recommended.
